Booking out the seminar room at The Gilchrist is quick and easy.  Simply download and fill in the Seminar Room booking form and email the completed form gilchristpgclub@src.gla.ac.uk or hand it in at the SRC Welcome Point (located in The John McIntyre Building).  All that is required to secure the booking is a deposit, which can be given in one of two ways: either postgraduate students can get a member of staff from the University to accept liability for the booking, or they can pay a £100 deposit (cash/cheque).  Have a read of our Terms and Conditions for more information.
